Contact
Tell me what is actually wrong. I will not quote from a two-line email.
Use the form below, or email directly — both reach the same person. I read every enquiry properly and reply within 1 business day, usually with specific questions about your project rather than a generic number.
Two ways to start
A 30-minute call, or send the details and ask for a quote
Whichever suits you — both reach the same person, and neither one costs you anything.
A 30-minute call
Thirty minutes to walk through how the process runs today and what the result has to achieve. Arrange it by phone or Zalo — same timezone, so your morning is my morning too.
Send the details and request a quote
Email a description of the project: the current process, the system you use today, what must not break, and the budget you have in mind. I read it before I reply, then answer within 1 business day with a priced scope.
Quote request
Request a quote
The more concrete you are about how the process runs today and what outcome you need, the tighter the quote. If you are not sure yet, send what you know — the rest comes out in the first call.
Direct contact
Prefer to talk first?
You talk to Nguyễn Minh Tâmdirectly — the person who writes the code for your project, not an account manager.

What happens next
Reply within 1 business day
I read the description before I reply. Anything that arrives over a weekend gets an answer at the start of the following week.
Questions first, price second
A short email is not enough to estimate honestly. I need to know how the process runs today, who uses the system, what cannot break, and what you have already tried. That is normally one 30-minute call, not a sales meeting.
No generic decks
I do not send capability decks or service catalogues. The answer you get is written for your project, after I understand it.
The quote is a document
You receive a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price to agree on. Nothing is settled verbally on a call, and nothing appears on the invoice that you were not told about first.
If I am the wrong fit, I say so
Some work does not suit a single practitioner, and some budgets cannot support the right solution. I will tell you that early rather than take the job and do it badly.
Terms
Three things that hold from day one
Fixed scope and fixed price before work starts
The price is written down before the first line of code. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, before I touch it.
The source code is yours, in full
Source, documentation and repository access transfer to you at handover. I do not hold any of it back against an invoice.
No long-term lock-in
When the project ends you can stop completely and run it yourself. Ongoing help is a maintenance package you choose, not a contract you are tied to.
